Has anyone heard of this story "The Sheep of San Cristobal"? I read it with students many years ago but I have not been able to find it again. I am using the plot for a book I am working on but I would really love to read the story again. It takes place in New Mexico during the 1840's or so.

 Thanks for your link. I have seen that one before. I just didn't want to spend the money for the essay. I believe the story is very old, early 1900's that I am looking for. I am writing a story that takes place in North Central New Mexico in the 1840's so any info you might have on that period in history would be helpful. Particularly Santa Fe and any of the Native people indigent to that area. Thanks for your help.

Thank you, it's very inspiring story it might be very kind for students. For example last year when I had a difficult of time at the end of semester with a ceaseless flow of academic assignments and job, I had a wonderfull idea to buy it somewhere and than use online plagiarism.
