While we've got some material on the Civil War, including historical references such as Campaigns of the Civil War, Civil War Facts & Trivia, and a Timeline & Leading Events, as well as some old tales actually written during the war, there is so much more!

Add your tales or questions here!

Question: What family holds the record for having the most (largest number of) sons enlisted in the Civil War?. I know of one family in Vermont which had 8 sons all enlisted... some with the 7th Vermont Inf., others with other regiments. Eight sons sounds like a record, but don't know for sure.

Please reply back... Bob_King1@msn.com

Thanks, Bob
